On-the-Day Coordination Package

Our On-the-Day Coordination Package includes a comprehensive range of services designed to give you peace of mind and allow you to fully enjoy your celebration:

  • Personalised Consultation: We’ll start with an introductory meeting to dive deep into your wedding vision and discuss the special details that will make your day truly unforgettable. This is also your chance to get to know us and ensure that you feel confident in our ability to bring your day to life.
  • Timelines & Scheduling: We’ll craft a detailed timeline to keep your day running smoothly, ensuring that every moment is perfectly timed and nothing is overlooked.
  • Venue Visit & Fine-Tuning: We’ll visit your venue to go over every last detail, and we’re always available for calls, emails, or messages to answer any questions you may have along the way.
  • Early Venue Arrival: We’ll be the first to arrive on the day to oversee setup, ensuring everything is in place well before guests start arriving.
  • Decoration Setup: From table plans to favours and any other personal touches, we’ll set everything up exactly as you envisioned, including taking care of delicate outdoor decorations that need extra attention.
  • Supplier Coordination: We’ll personally meet your suppliers as they arrive, making sure they’re on time and set up according to your exact specifications. No detail will be missed.
  • Guest Management: As your guests arrive, we’ll be there to greet them and guide them around the venue, making sure they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Timely Execution: We’ll keep your day on track, managing all the timings and coordinating with vendors – whether it’s the caterer, photographer, or DJ – so you can enjoy each moment without a worry.
  • Cultural & Religious Traditions: If you have special customs or rituals, we’ll ensure they are set up exactly as you’ve requested, so everything feels just right.
  • Event Transitions & Announcements: We’ll assist with any announcements or transitions throughout the day, whether it’s the entrance, first dance, or cutting of the cake, prompting your Toastmaster, Best Man, or family as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: We’ll handle any unexpected requests from you or your guests, providing flexible support to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
  • End of Day Wrap-Up: As the evening comes to a close, we’ll stay until everything is cleared, making sure the venue is left in pristine condition. we’ll safely store your items at the venue, ready for you to collect or arrange for delivery the next day.
